Agreement
By placing an order with Petly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting your order.
Order Process
You submit a photo and select your preferred style and product. We create a custom mockup and send it to you within 48 hours. You may request unlimited revisions until you approve the design. Payment is due only after you approve the mockup. Once paid, we produce and ship your order.
Photo Rights
You represent that you own or have permission to use any photo you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant Petly a license to use it solely for creating and fulfilling your order. We do not use your photos for marketing or other purposes without your consent.
Payment
Payment is collected via secure payment link after mockup approval. Prices include applicable taxes and domestic US shipping unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Petly is not liable for delays caused by third-party fulfillment, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.
